We read every message, and messages about the math or a broken page get priority. If your message is about a calculation, include the page, the numbers you entered, and the result you expected — it makes checking much faster.

- A preset, unit, or label that is missing or misleading
- A page that does not work on your phone or browser
- A correction to the formulas, examples, or explanations
- Permission questions about reusing our content
- Advertising, sponsorship, or partnership enquiries
What we cannot help with
We cannot design your project, specify structural members, or tell you what to buy for a specific job. Those decisions depend on local codes, the material you have, and conditions we cannot see.
For anything load-bearing, follow your engineer, architect, or building department. For pricing and availability, contact the supplier directly — lumber prices change constantly and vary by region.
